1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our website for personalised wristbands and related products.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be completed due to technical limitations, legal concerns, or other reasonable circumstances.
2. Personalised Products
All wristbands are made specifically according to the customer’s requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:
- text/spelling,
- logos,
- images,
- colours,
- design instructions,
- quantities required.
Please carefully check all details before approving the final design.
We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
3. Artwork & Design Approval
Customers may provide their own artwork or request assistance with preparing a design.
Any design created by us is provided for production purposes only. The customer remains responsible for confirming that all details are correct before production begins.
Production will only start after:
- the customer approves the final design, or
- the customer confirms that their supplied artwork is ready for production.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Intellectual Property & Customer Designs
Customers must have the legal right or permission to use any logos, images, fonts, artwork or other materials supplied to us.
We do not print copyrighted or trademarked designs without appropriate authorisation.
If we believe that a design may infringe intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
The customer accepts responsibility for any claims arising from the use of designs supplied by them.
5. Production Time
Our standard production time is 1–7 working days.
The production time starts after receiving the final approved design.
Production time does not include delivery time.
If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed before production begins.
Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received.
7. Cancellation Policy
Because personalised products are made specifically for each customer, orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has started.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not started, we will consider your request where possible.
8. Returns & Refunds
Personalised products cannot be returned unless:
- the product is faulty,
- the product is damaged during production,
- we have made an error with your order.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs and details of the problem.
We will review each case and provide an appropriate solution.
9. Delivery
Delivery times are provided as estimates and are separate from production time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses, missed events, business losses, or additional costs caused by delivery delays or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the products purchased.

12. Colours & Print Accuracy
Colours displayed on screens, monitors and mobile devices may vary depending on individual device settings, brightness, calibration and colour profiles.
If specific colour matching is required, customers should provide accurate colour references, such as:
- Pantone colour codes,
- CMYK colour values,
- physical colour samples.
Without specific colour references or physical samples, we will produce the wristbands based on the colours provided by the customer and cannot guarantee an exact colour match.
Even when colour references are provided, slight variations may occur due to differences between digital colours, printing processes and the material used. A colour variation of approximately 10–15% may occur and will not be considered a printing defect.
By approving the final design, the customer accepts that minor colour differences may occur.
