Clip: Adjustable plastic clip available in black or white

- Send us your design, logo, images, text or any ideas you would like to include.
- We will confirm the design details with you, including colours, clip colour (black or white) and any final adjustments required.
- Production will begin once the final design has been approved.

If you need your wristbands by a specific date or require urgent production, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether your required timeframe is possible. We recommend providing your event date or deadline when contacting us.
Need Help Creating Your Design?
Not sure what design to send? We can help you prepare artwork suitable for printing. For inspiration, you can view examples of our previous work on our website gallery.
You can provide:
✓ Your own logo, text, colours, photos or graphics
✓ A background, pattern or design element you would like us to use (please make sure you have the necessary rights or permission to use it)
✓ Your own invitation, poster or artwork design (please send the original flat design file, not a photo of the printed item)
✓ AI-generated artwork, as long as you provide the flat 2D version. We cannot use 3D mockups, product previews or images showing the design placed on a wristband.
Please avoid sending screenshots where possible, as they may reduce print quality. Original image or design files will always provide the best results.
Fonts
You can choose your preferred font style.
If you provide a specific font, please make sure you have the necessary rights or licence for commercial use.
We can also help you choose a suitable font from a wide range of available options. For the best printing results, we recommend using bold and clear fonts, as very thin fonts may become difficult to read on the wristband.

Design Support
Need help preparing your artwork? We can assist with creating or adjusting your design free of charge.
Please note that design assistance is provided as support for your order and is not included as a separate design service.
The product price covers printing only.
Production Time
Orders are usually completed within 1–7 working days.
The production time starts from the moment we receive your ready-to-print artwork or after you approve the final design prepared by us.
If you have a specific deadline or need your wristbands urgently, please contact us before placing your order. We will confirm whether your required timeframe is possible.
Artwork and Printing Information
For the best print quality, please provide high-resolution files whenever possible.
We recommend using:
- PNG files with good resolution
- JPG images with high quality
- PDF artwork files
- PNG files with transparent background
Please check all spelling, colours and design details before approving your final artwork. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Copyright and Trademark Information
Q: Can I submit any design or logo for printing?
A: Yes, you can submit your own designs or logos, but you must have the legal right or permission to use them.
We do not print copyrighted or trademarked materials without proper authorisation. If we believe that a submitted design may infringe intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Q: Do you sell products with popular logos or trademarks?
A: No. We only print designs provided by customers.
We do not offer ready-made products featuring copyrighted or trademarked images unless the appropriate licences or permissions have been obtained.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use any logos, images, fonts, artwork or designs submitted for printing.
Personalised Product Policy
Because these wristbands are custom-made specifically for each customer, personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty. By approving your final design, you confirm that all information, spelling and artwork details are correct.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or monitor settings. For the closest colour match, please provide Pantone codes, CMYK values or a physical colour sample. Without a specific colour reference, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. Due to the printing process and material, slight colour variations (approximately 10–15%) may occur.
