Delivery Information
All wristbands are made to order and production begins after we receive your final design or after you approve the artwork prepared by us.
Production Time
Our standard production time is 1–7 working days from the moment your final artwork is received or approved. If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can meet your required date.
Delivery Options (UK)
All orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 Standard Delivery. For faster delivery, you can choose an upgraded shipping option:
– Royal Mail 24 – £4.50
– Faster Royal Mail service (delivery times are not guaranteed).
– FedEx / UPS Express Delivery – £8.00
– A faster courier service for customers who need their order sooner.
Please note that delivery times start after your order has been produced. Shipping time is separate from the production time.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photos of the packaging and the damaged items so we can assist you.
Returns & Cancellations Policy
Because our wristbands are fully personalised products made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalised items unless the product is faulty or we have made an error with your order.
Before production begins, we will confirm the final design details where required. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible as materials and production time may already have been used.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we will do our best to assist you.
If you receive an incorrect product or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide details and photographs of the issue.
We will review each case and arrange a suitable solution where appropriate.
